For me, creating great video isn't just about beautiful visuals, it's about uncovering authentic stories that audiences connect with. Whether I'm interviewing a customer, directing a founder, or shaping a story in the editing suite, my goal is always the same: create content that builds trust, sparks emotion and helps businesses achieve meaningful results. All while making people comfortable in front of the camera and helping them enjoy the journey of media creation.

    Profile Video

    Project Brief: The brief was to create a profile video for a real estate agent, but rather than following the traditional real estate profile format, I chose a more emotive and cinematic direction.

    The result feels more like a short documentary than a promotional video capturing the person behind the profession and allowing their personality, values and natural way of connecting with people to come through authentically.

    My role on this project:

    • Managed all pre-production & planning

    • Conducted pre-filming interview with client to research and prepare for filming

    • Conducted on camera interview

    • Produced all footage as part of a two person filming team

    • Edited the full length and social media cuts of the project

  • Kura Kai Brand Story

    Kura Kai Brand Story

    Project Brief: For Kura Kai’s brand story video, we explored the mission, purpose and people behind the organisation. By interviewing the founder alongside several individuals involved in its work, we were able to tell a richer, more complete story of the impact Kura Kai is creating.

    Zib Digital Testimonial

    For Zib Digital, we created a testimonial video featuring interviews with several of their clients. By sharing real experiences and tangible results, the video showcases the success Zib Digital has helped its clients achieve while building trust through authentic, first-hand stories.

  • Classic Property Management - About Us

    Classic Property Management - About Us

    Project Brief: For Classic Property Management, we created a profile video that introduced their property manager while telling the story of how they work. Through a relaxed, interview-led approach, the video explored their process, values and personal approach to property management, highlighting what sets them apart and the level of care they bring to both owners and tenants.

    For this testimonial video, we interviewed a first-time home buyer about their building journey - from the excitement and uncertainty of getting started to seeing their new home come to life. Their honest experience created a warm and relatable story, while showcasing the guidance and support they received throughout the process.

    Marketing Video - Families

    For this creative campaign, we developed a family-focused video that told the story of building a new home through an emotive and cinematic lens. Rather than creating a traditional building company advertisement, we centred the film around the family’s journey and how using an expert helps make the process easy.

    The result was a warm, story-driven campaign that connected with families on an emotional level while showcasing the building company’s role in bringing that vision to life.

    • Pre-production and planning, including casting and talent management.

    Creative Video - Empty Nesters

    For this campaign, we created a light-hearted video aimed at empty nesters, using humour and playful storytelling to explore the freedom that comes with having the home to yourself again. The film showcased the possibilities of designing and enjoying a space without having to work around the needs of a busy family home.

    The result was a fun, memorable campaign that connected with its audience while highlighting how fun this stage of life can be.

    Rentlink Testimonial Video

    For Rentlink, we created a testimonial video centred around an interview with one of their clients. To bring the story to life, we filmed a variety of supporting scenes on location, creating a more engaging and visually rich piece that highlights the client experience in an authentic and relatable way.

    This video was one of various marketing assets that we created with the Rentlink team as part of launching a major rebrand.

    My role on this project:

    • Ran workshop with Founder & GM to plan all content related to the rebrand

    • Pre-production & planning for multiple large production days to bulk produce various media assets

    • Conducted on camera interview

    • Filmed B-roll as part of a two person team

    • Edited all video content

  • Cinematic story video: Real Estate

    Cinematic story video: Real Estate

    For this real estate campaign, we took a very different approach to the industry norm. The property was an older, dated beachfront bach, high in value because of its location, but not the kind of home that could rely on polished interiors alone.

    Rather than focusing on the building itself, we brought in a large family and created a nostalgic Kiwi summer holiday story around it. Through warm, cinematic scenes of family life by the beach, the video showcased the lifestyle, memories and potential the property offered.

    The result added value beyond the physical home, helping buyers imagine the life they could create in such a special location.
